Melanie is a New Yorker by birth but has lived for most of her adult life in Tuscany, making her an honorary Italian. A natural icebreaker with a flair for the creative, she’s travelled the world thanks to her personal and professional connections, performing theatre with Bengali people in India, harvesting honey in Malta and snorkelling with locals across the islands of Southern Italy. Her passion for sustainable living and travel has brought her to design personalized trips that allow travellers to savour the world one step, ride and bite at a time.
