Hike through the Tuscany-like countryside, visiting a local olive farm with breathtaking valley views. Explore Pueblo Eden, indulge in a wine tasting at Viña Eden, and unwind at the hotel before a recommended dinner.

Day 3

Ride to La Barra Bay passing the 'crazy bridge' on the way to a stream where we'll swap our bikes for kayaks. Reach Fasano beach for a picnic lunch and a beach yoga session. Afterward, enjoy a hand-harvested wine experience at Aguaverde.

Bike from Estancia Vik to the rural village of Garzón, known as a hidden culinary and art haven. Enjoy a hands-on cooking class at El Garzon led by Chef Francis Mallmann. Choose to bike back or arrange a transfer, and spend the evening at leisure at Estancia Vik.

Explore Garzón beautiful countryside on two feet, learning about indigenous plants and visiting La Tertulia wellness centre for insights into organic cultivation. Indulge in lunch at Bodega Garzón, followed by a tour of the modern bodega.
